DEADLINE EXTENDED for Local Government Leaders Letter in Support of AHCIA; New Deadline Friday, Sept. 15
As you know, ACTION is circulating a local government leader sign-on letter in partnership with the National League of Cities, the National Association of Counites, and Mayors & CEOs for U.S. Housing Investment, which will help demonstrate to Members of Congress the widespread support for the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act of 2023 (AHCIA, S. 1557 / H.R. 3238) in communities across the country. The NEW deadline for mayors, county board chairs, and county executives to sign onto the letter is Friday, September 15, at 5pm Eastern.
Please help us with outreach to them as soon as possible. Mayors, County Board Chairs, and County Executives should sign onto the letter using this Google Form.
